Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct analysis on channel sales performance and provide performance metrics, support channel/partner sales managers in quarterly cadence of sales partner performance reviews and other action plans.
  • Partner with channel/partner teams to identify the right metrics to support sales in those regions/market segments where Nuance chooses a channel GTM strategy. Take the necessary efforts to automate metrics reporting leveraging our tools (e.g. SFDC, Power BI, Oracle).
  • Partner with Sales Operations team and Channel/Partner sales team in annual planning activities for channel/partner business.
  • Financial analysis, metrics and modeling of channel productivity, quota assignment, GTM channel models, and trending data to provide insight and guidance.
  • Support sales leadership in effective sales team communication and driving cross functional objectives to resolve issues across organizations in support of bookings and revenue in the channel business
  • Partner with Sales Finance to ensure that key operating and financial metrics are monitored as relates to channel profitability, develop operational and financial models 
  • Create and manage Salesforce reports, Einstein Dashboard / Power BI reports and other ad hoc reports.
  • Provide input into Sales Incentive plans and assist in the communication to and understanding of the channel/partner  sales teams.
  • Engage sales to identity and isolate barriers to sales productivity, sponsor / lead programs or projects and initiatives to improve sales productivity.

 

Qualifications:

 

Education: Bachelors degree preferred but not required

 

Minimum years of Experience: 6-8 years of relevant work experience (Chanel sales strategy / operations, analytics, forecasting etc.)

 

Required Skills:

  • Strong multi-tasking skills and ability to quickly change focus
  • Able to create good working relationships with all constituents
  • Analytical mindset with ability to use data to break down problems and provide solutions
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Strong project management skills and ability to drive cross functional teams
  • Extensive experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred)
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Very proficient with Excel)
