The successful candidate will report into the Senior Manager, Sales Operations who supports our N. America and Global Alliance & SIs Enterprise business, working closely with their peers in Sales Operations, Global Deal Optimization Team (GDOT), Finance (FP&A) as well as Sales Leadership to support the deal valuation process, maintain SFDC data hygiene and management of renewal program.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Deal Valuation Support

  • Build a full understanding of, track, and report out status of all deals that require financial deal model valuation for booking recognition
  • Air traffic control lifecycle of deal valuation process and ensure timely action/resolution by each responsible business group all the way through to reconciliation of actual booking results to SFDC


Data Hygiene

  • Ensure SFDC data integrity/hygiene including but not limited to:
    • Accurate reflection of the valuation in SFDC including amount, contract term and booking type
    • Reconcile back to Sales and SFDC any drop-down Revenue discussions from the GMC (General Manager's Commit) file. Make sure Sales have updated SFDC appropriately
  • Maintain a weekly Revenue top-deal report and a summary of week-over-week changes
  • Work with Finance (FP&A) to reconcile Sales Bookings Actual results to Sales Forecasted Finish in SFDC, identify any material discrepancies and report out findings


Renewal Program Management

  • Validate SFDC renewal records are systematically generated as designed
  • Responsible for troubleshooting issues and driving resolution
  • Help design, maintain processes, controls and validations of the renewal automation program including future enhancements


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Minimum years of experience: Minimum 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics or related quantitative functions in a hi-tech Sales Organization


Required Skills:

  • Proficiency in System Management using controls and validations to ensure system stability
  • Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Passion toward problem solving using data driven strategies
  • Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work across functional teams
  • Extensive experience working with CRM tools. SFDC experience is a must
