Who You Are

You are a motivated Sales Operations Analyst who is passionate about using data to drive strategic initiatives that enhance sales productivity. You excel at problem solving and strategic thinking and have experience with territory mapping, compensation planning and proposing sales KPIs and goals based on behaviors the business is aiming to drive. You are a self-motivated, results driven individual and thrive in a fast-paced often changing environment.  


What You'll Do

  • Lead/conduct analyses of business performance delivering insights & recommendations
  • Create and propose sales performance strategies
  • Identify untapped market potential; design and implement sales plans to capture it
  • Work with large data sets and the technical tools needed to work with them
  • Support extensive GTM planning process and strategic initiatives through capacity planning, productivity review, market segmentation, territory carving, quota/incentive design, and more
  • Structure and drive key strategic initiatives focused on improving business performance
  • Drive towards simple, scalable data-driven solutions to difficult problems

What You'll Need

  • 4+ years in an analytical role such as Sales Strategy, Consulting, Banking, or Private Equity
  • B.S. in a quantitative discipline (e.g. Statistics, Math, Finance, Engineering, Sciences)
  • Preferred MS/MBA and/or CFA or progression towards designation
  • Advanced MS Excel skills required; preferred experience with Databricks, SQL/R
  • Excellent quantitative analysis skills, creativity in problem-solving, and a keen business sense
  • Extensive track record of building high-quality and complex models and presentations
  • Strong work ethic and self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
  • Proven track record of succeeding in a complex and fast-moving environment
  • Ability to conduct sophisticated and creative analysis, yet translate those results to easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations
  • Flexibility and ability to adjust on the fly to new demands; a sense of urgency and prioritization
  • Exceptional problem solving and critical thinking skills: demonstrated ability to structure complex problems and propose innovative solutions
