Job Summary
Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic Commissions Data Analyst focused on maintaining and optimizing processes in a fast paced and cross-functional environment.
In this role, you will develop a deep understanding of Commissions Systems, Processes, and Designs – giving you the opportunity to further enhance your skills in this domain.
You will have the opportunity to work on data consolidation processes across multiple systems and build effective aggregation and Visualization algorithms using available platforms across Xactly Analytics, Connect, Power BI etc. This while having the opportunity of partnering and interacting with IT, Sales Operations, and Business unit leadership. All this focused on the Sales Incentive Compensation (SIC) and Sales Performance Management (SPM) domain.
Responsibilities:
• Administer sales compensation plans, ensuring compensation calculations are set up correctly in the Xactly system and perform continuous validation.
• Provide interpretation and education of sales compensation plans to participants & help resolve Inquiries raised by Sales team.
• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate compensation processes, including implementing new tools.
• Build and Maintain various types of reports for Finance, Sales, and Sales Operations. To help drive accurate and faster decision making and enterprise intelligence.
• Help create insightful analysis, reports, and dashboards to improve compensation administration process.
• Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing.
Qualifications
Number of Years of Work Experience: 3-5 years of experience in Sales Incentive Compensation, Sales Operations, Business Analytics or related quantitative functions in a hi-tech Sales Organization.
Required Skills:
• Proficiency in Data Management using SQL and Excel.
• Exceptional analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Passion toward problem solving using data driven strategies.
• Strong Communication skills (Verbal and written)
Education: Bachelor's or Equivalent
