Who we are:

We are on a mission to help companies systemize and digitize their M&A processes. For large companies to continue to grow, it is crucial that they turn to Mergers & Acquisitions. And yet, over 70% of M&A deals fail. M&A teams rely on antiquated, old school technology like spreadsheets and PowerPoint to manage one of the most complex business processes, and we aim to fix that. Midaxo’s groundbreaking platform removes the need for disparate, manual tools, and is revolutionizing the world of M&A. In addition to our thriving direct business unit serving our 200+ corporate customers, we partner with the top M&A advisors and consulting firms in the world. Our partners touch over 75% of all global M&A deals and are the true influencers of the industry. Midaxo Partners leverage our platform in their client engagements, and as a Partner Account Manager you will play a critical role in a partner’s (and ultimately their client’s) success on billions of dollars in transaction value.

Position Summary:

As a Partner Account Manager (PAM), you will work directly with partners and their clients to expand Midaxo usage within their existing domain as well as drive firm adoption, identify expansion opportunities, and introduce new use cases. The PAM is essential to develop and execute expansion plans and realize maximum relationship value. The PAM is responsible for fully owning the commercial relationships with Midaxo’s key global partners.

As part of the Partnership Channel Team, you will contribute to Midaxo’s global team performance by sharing best practices, lessons learned and creating content to support partner value.

Additional responsibilities of the Partner Account Manager include:

- Initiating improvement efforts

- Participating in a consultative sales experience with current and net new partners.
