Bullhorn is looking for a Managing Director to join our Enterprise Sales team.
Why this job is important:
The Managing Director role in Bullhorn’s Enterprise business is ultimately responsible for leading their team to operate at peak performance. As a Managing Director, you are responsible for achieving pod-based growth targets for a subset of Bullhorn’s top Enterprise accounts across the globe. Under your leadership, you and your pod will achieve these targets by understanding the opportunity - solution fit for every organization in your business and building a clear plan to execute. The Managing Director is a deal-oriented leader, creating an incredible experience via customer improvement and growth.
This role is viewed as key to the acceleration of Bullhorn’s leading market position across Enterprise globally and will report to Greg LaGarde, Vice President, Enterprise North America. Best fit candidates for this role have experience working serving and selling into the top 100 brands in their industry, staffing industry expertise, and demonstration of ability to manage and win complex, multi-million dollar deals.
A typical day might include:
- Exceeding revenue growth, bookings, and customer health targets across a defined set of customer accounts.
- Forecasting and opportunity management.
- Owning the development and successful execution of customer growth campaigns via team members and cross functional stakeholders. To include activities like:
-Account Planning
-Deal Reviews
-Executive Business Reviews and Scorecards
-Ensuring Deal and Account Coverage
-Facilitating Executive Sponsorship
