We are looking for a talented, creative, and driven person to provide the tactical enablement and training for our solution partners. The ideal candidate will be a high-achieving, organized self-starter to help us expand our training for our global partner community.
The Global Partner Sales Training Manager will be responsible for building, refining and maintaining the training, quality assurance and process optimizations to support the partners' successful positioning and messaging of Nuance solutions. This position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic and fast-paced Partner Sales and Marketing team, working closely with partners to understand their needs and develop an experience that is compelling for them to consume. With that, the role provides opportunities to build training content designed for driving overall adoption of Nuance's platform, while also helping our partner ecosystem become self-sufficient in selling our solutions at scale.
Responsibilities:

  • Drive training and enablement activities across the partner ecosystem to assure a consistent, high quality service and support experience for all users
  • Create new training content for partner sales enablement, including assessments and video-based learning modules, to meet and support our partners' business needs
  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness and relevance of training materials, assess content to determine appropriate instructional procedures or delivery methods and make appropriate changes as needed
  • Coordinate remote and/or onsite classroom delivery of training materials/modules, maintain and manage training calendar, and training effectiveness through survey and feedback cycle
  • Maintain existing procedures, policies and guidelines and develop new ones as needed
  • Own and maintain training-related content for internal teams and partner communities, driving continuous improvements and efficiencies of the content
  • Gather relevant data and reports to ensure expectations with training are met
  • Curate a wide range of existing training content to build meaningful learning paths
  • Train internal facilitators on how to deliver educational sessions that promote engagement and collaboration


About You:

  • 5+ years of experience developing and delivering a successful sales training experience to external customers or partners, preferably sales training content for technology companies
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Instructional Design, Education, Journalism or a related field
  • Proficient with course development software and learning management systems
  • Prior experience developing training strategies based on a train-the-trainer model
  • Prior experience creating and maintaining internal and external training material, such as job aids, documentation, and/or lesson curriculum
  • Can create effective copy, instructional text and video scripts with a minimal amount of editing from supervising staff
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude to test, measure, analyze and adapt as a means of assuring a highly scalable and continuously optimized program
  • Expert in project management and communication skills with experience driving timely deliverables with internal and external teams
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and other CRM tools for data entry and analysis on partner and student learning activities
  • Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design best practices
  • Acute attention to detail in a deadline-driven environment
  • Amazing public speaking skills and ability to give lessons in front of small and large groups
