With Indico, enterprises are now able to deploy AI to unstructured content challenges more effectively while eliminating many of the common barriers to adoption. We are hiring an Enterprise Business Development Rep to support the growing demand for our AI-powered Intelligent Process Automation solution. This role reports to our Sales Development Manager.
About You
You have at least 2 years of experience selling SaaS to enterprise customers in the F500 as a BDR/SDR. You are experienced in the enterprise sales process, primarily with outbound prospecting, aren’t afraid of owning a number and are well versed in all forms of outreach, including phone, email and social. You’re a highly motivated, curious self-starter who is eager to learn. You have the ability to listen and understand the needs of others. You enjoy the challenge of selling breakthrough technologies and thrive working in a hypergrowth environment. You're invested in having a life outside of work that is bolstered by a fulfilling job, not dominated by it. You look out for others and it shows in your willingness to sit down and hear out whatever needs or feedback other team members have in order to foster constructive conversation about personal and professional growth. With all that in mind, you work hard and have fun with it!
About the Position
As an Enterprise Business Development Rep, your role is to lay the foundation for Indico sales by engaging with prospects at our target accounts, helping them understand the value of Indico by executing initial discovery calls and coordinate demos in conjunction with Solutions Consulting team. Critical to this role is close collaboration and communication with field sales and technical sales teams. To do this you will be nurturing prospects using a variety of channels (phone, email & social) to engage at our target accounts and move them through our sales process. Here are some of the Indicrew that you will be working with on a daily basis – Jeremy, Mike & Diana. We’re in the early days of building a world-class sales organization. Requirements
- Experience with enterprise selling (F500 accounts)
- Self-directed and active learner
- Strong creative problem solving skills
- Ability to create momentum within target accounts
- Comfortable with all forms of outreach, including phone, email and social
- Familiarity with Hubspot or similar CRM
- Highly skilled at verbal and written communication
Bonus
- Experience with prospecting tools like Discoverorg and Linkedin Sales Navigator
- Interest in Machine Learning
- Experience in Fintech / Insurtech
