Director, Sales Acquisition (Remote)

At ezCater, we are building & transforming our B2B corporate membership program, working across marketing, product and other functions of the organization to build an industry leading value proposition for mid market and enterprise level clients. Reporting directly to the VP of Enterprise Sales, the Director of Sales Acquisition will lead an organization composed of Business Development Representatives and Account Executives as well as the leadership structure of these teams. Through your team, you would be responsible for both the prospecting of new accounts as well as closing accounts and increasing efficiencies partnering closely with the sales operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and guidance across your team, assisting teammates to find and close new clients effectively.
- Effectively manage your team of leaders, assisting and enabling them to increase efficiencies across the sales team.
- Partner closely with the account management team to ensure smooth handoffs of accounts.
- Work closely with various teammates on the sales ops team to drive new programs that increase efficiencies and enable stronger coaching efforts.
- Provide career development training and coaching for all individuals within your organization.
You Have:
- Strong experience and a proven track record of success in a fast paced acquisition sales environment.
- A proven track record of managing leaders, specifically in a sales acquisition function.
- The ability to “deal with ambiguity” and be a self sufficient problem solver always finding the best path forward when dealing with complex challenges.
- A natural ability to identify process inefficiencies and propose and test new solutions.
- An innate desire to overcome hurdles to achieve the end goal.
- Demonstrated experience organizing and driving complex, multi-function projects or programs.
- Leadership experience, managing a team of project managers or transformational change agents.
Bonus Experience:
- MBA preferred
Salary Range: $160,000-$210,000
