About the Position
We are looking for a passionate, data-driven Sales Development leader to help accelerate new business pipeline and coach and manage a team of SDRs/BDRs. This role reports to the Sr. Director of Demand Generation.
Responsibilities
- Directly manage a team of SDRs/BDRs to generate qualified meetings with our ICP at our target accounts.
- Own and drive execution of pipeline goals by understanding and analyzing top of the funnel metrics and pipeline quality.
- Develop and execute new prospecting and outbound strategies in an effort to break into our target accounts.
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing and Sales to develop strategies to hit pipeline targets.
- Implement and improve sales development processes to drive consistent and repeatable motions that predictably drive pipeline creation.
- Proactively track and analyze team performance.
- Attract, hire, develop, and retain world-class SDR/BDR talent
Requirements
- 2+ years leading a team of SDRs/BDRS
- Consistent track record of exceed quote as an SDR manager
- Strong knowledge of outbound technology and techniques
- Experience with sales tech such as 6sense, outreach and others
