LOCATION: Boston, MA (Downtown Crossing)

We are searching for a Customer Success Representative - Software. Customer Success ensures that the users of our tools have an amazing experience from initial product research all the way throughout their subscription. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be the first resource for our clients, responsible for answering process questions and building customer relationships. This role works closely with our sales and support teams.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Provide email support to clients
  • Enroll clients in training webinars to facilitate proficiency in tools purchased
  • Document all information regarding training webinars, client communication and recommendations to clients in CRM
  • Build customer relationships
Required Skills:
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Customer Facing / Service role
  • Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), and web browsers
Preferred Skills:
  • Previous experience in a Customer Success Role
  • Previous experience with Salesforce CRM
  • Experience working for a Technology company
  • Extremely detail oriented with a creative approach to problem solving
  • Positive attitude, able to deal with stressful situations with an even temper and pleasant demeanor 
  • Ability to take direction and follow instructions closely
  • Comfortable with new technology
  • Eager to be a part of interdepartmental collaboration
  • Strong interpersonal skills and reliable work ethic
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
