Customer Success Engineering is a vital part of our Customer Success organization, leading clients to utilize LeanIX’s state-of-the art technical capabilities in order for them to be most successful.
We are looking for an Associate Cloud Engineer to join our Customer Success Engineering who can consultant with customers on configuration options. This person should be able to prioritize, structure, and analyze incoming customer requests and escalate as needed. We are looking for an individual that is self-driven, with strong motivation for finding the right technical solution for the given business context.
The Associate Cloud Engineer will work closely with the global Customer Success Engineering, Support and Management teams and have the unique opportunity to be mentored and guided by more tenured team members. This role offers the experience of being both hands-on and technical as well as customer-facing in one’s day-to-day.
WHAT IS WAITING FOR YOU?
- Work with Enterprise customers to consult on, demonstrate, and implement all technical add-ons and use-cases of LeanIX (ex. Metrics, Microservices)
- Guide developers on the customer side to leverage the LeanIX Store as a publisher
- Carry out basic code reviews of Custom Reports
- Perform basic programming and scripting tasks
- Take ownership of Single Sign-On and all levels of LeanIX configuration
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- 0-2 years of work experience in development / engineering
- Ability to speak and lead in a consultative and professional manner
- Profound communication skills; multilingual candidates are a strong plus
- Fundamental knowledge and understanding of computer science and related principles
- Desire to be part of a collaborative team that is motivated by continuously learning and facing challenges together
