We encourage people from underrepresented backgrounds to apply.
Your day-to-day in three buckets:

- Consulting: You will assist in engaging partners to develop a strategy for weaving PI into their existing business model by quickly understanding their unique situation. You’ll be a thought partner, and develop action plans that help each partner focus on revenue generating activities. You will also become an expert, integrating the talent optimization discipline and PI’s software into their services to drive new business.
- Sales: In partnership with partners, you will be doing sales qualification, discovery, and demos. You’ll possess a drive to exceed assigned revenue and strategic objectives for your partner cohort, by investing time in the right places. You will independently and successfully work across teams to ensure partners have the tools and support required to meet partners’ performance metrics and expectations. You’ll work with the Channel Account Management team and other departments to address partner-specific issues and opportunities.
