What we have to offer:

Our Business Development Representative (BDR) role involves sourcing and qualifying leads while building product knowledge and developing sales skills. There will be times in which you manage the sale directly, with all the coaching and support you need. We are looking to hire our next superstar sales representative or account manager from this role and continue to build a culture of promoting from within. You will make immediate contributions to the organization by:

  • Qualifying and producing quality leads for the Regional Sales Managers.
  • Interacting by phone and email with key personnel up to, and including, C-Level executives.
  • Acquiring and maintaining a working knowledge of the complete capabilities of ServiceNow's solution and Acorio’s unique methodology and offerings.
  • Analyzing prospect’s needs, understanding business processes, identifying projects, determining requirements and ascertaining potential solutions.
  • Coordinate with Pre-Sales to schedule demonstrations.

  • Receptive to constructive criticism.
  • Strong business judgment and common sense.
  • Desire to work in tech industry with a growing company.
  • BA/BS from top tier college/university.

Some regional travel required.
