Business Development Representative (BDR) at Percy

With a mission to humanize the hiring process, we leverage home-grown technology and skilled recruiters to provide “white-glove” service for both the candidates we support and the clients we serve. We focus on building long-term relationships with companies that have high-volume and ongoing recruiting needs, which allows our business model to share the desired recurring revenue properties of SaaS (software as a service) platforms.
What role does the BDR play?
The BDR role is a key position for our young but growing firm. Percy’s BDR will own a nation-wide territory and work to build relationships with executives across all industries and geographies. His/her ultimate goal will be to dramatically increase our market share of the US staffing industry, which is expected to grow to $158.7 billion dollars in the year 2020.
How about career development?
Percy’s BDR will benefit from working directly with the CEO on sales strategy and execution while collaborating with peer(s) on the BDR team. The BDR will be involved with all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting through contract negotiation and kickoff calls. The smaller nature of our sales team will provide the BDR with a uniquely broad lens and enable a fast-track towards Account Executive responsibilities.
