The Account Manager plays an integral role on the Client Services team managing the day to day relationships with clients/customers. This position collaborates closely with the Ad Ops and Account Executive teams to implement high-performing campaigns. This position reports to the Manager of Client Services.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Develop campaign strategy and execute campaign deliverables, ensuring compliance with campaign requirements.
- Work with Ad Operations on-boarding team to ensure quality, timely campaign launches
- Manage daily, internal campaign reporting and escalate where applicable to ensure in-full delivery and performance that meets client objectives
- Collaborate with Client Services Management team to strategize campaign performance and revenue
- Provide accurate daily and ad hoc campaign performance reports to teams as necessary
Desired Qualifications:
- 1-2 years professional experience, with specific background in a client-facing role
- Effective project manager with ability to juggle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong analytical thinker with a solutions oriented mindset
- Proficient in MS Excel
- A basic understanding of web technologies including HTML
