Sales Manager - Customer Expansions
LogicManager serves a sophisticated base of risk management professionals engaged in all aspects of risk management from vendor management and incident management to regulatory and financial compliance. Client companies are in various stages of risk automation and transformation. Yet all have similar goals: transparency in reporting to boards, risk committees, and other executives and efficient and effective operations of risk programs and/or risk activities within an operational function. LogicManager seeks an experienced Account Manager to help sales leadership build, grow and manage a scalable existing customer expansion and cross-selling program.
LogicManager is experiencing exponential growth both internally and externally. Our goal is to harness growth while maintaining quality of engagement, consistency in performance and quota attainment. We believe that a continuously focused and tuned sales team can easily exceed current and forecasted goals given the volume of activity.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing expansion and cross-selling opportunities within our existing customer base. You will be managing our mid to large market accounts to attain and exceed individual quotas.

What you'll be doing on our team
- Coaching team members on techniques that can effectively advance client education and evaluation of LogicManager’s SaaS offering Partnering with team members in order to elevate the conversation
- Work with existing customer champions to gain referrals to other departments for use of LogicManager's platform
- Participating in quarterly customer business reviews for purpose of successful program oversight
- Partner with advisory services for solution training and consulting support
- Coordinate with marketing to coordinate execution on our inbound lead programs to facilitate proliferation of client’s successes and lessons learned as well as LogicManager’s brand of trustworthiness
- Partnering with sales operations to establish more efficient and effective internal processes, procedures, tools, etc. for the seamless delivery of education and knowledge to our prospects and clients in their evaluation journey
About you and what skills you’ll need
- 5+ years as an individual contributor in sales or customer success with track record of success and development of consultative sales skills
- 2+ years as a manager / coach of software sales professionals, formally or otherwise
- A working understanding of compliance and risk functions
- Exposure to risk management roles (CRO, CISO, Risk Managers, Finance, Audit, Operations, Vendor, Security, etc) a plus
- Exposure to regulated industries (financial services, banking, healthcare, insurance, energy and technology)
- Exposure to various software products: BPM, low-code, FinTech, RegTech
- Understanding of inbound marketing
- Adapt to the client’s journey considering their company’s culture, level of executive support, as-is state, budget, etc
