What role does the Account Executive play?
The Account Executive role is a key position for our young but growing firm. Percy’s Account Executive will own a nation-wide territory and work to build relationships with executives across all industries and geographies. His/her ultimate goal will be to dramatically increase our market share of the US staffing industry, which is expected to grow to $158.7 billion dollars in the year 2020.
We are looking for a creative, optimistic, and hungry sales professional who treats the sales process as code to be cracked. At Percy, you will be anything but a cog in a machine. You will be encouraged to run experiments and deploy novel thinking as we refine our entrepreneurial sales process. Percy’s Account Executive will benefit from working directly with the CEO on sales strategy and execution, and he/she will have the opportunity for direct mentorship from our board members. The Account Executive will be involved with all aspects of the sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting through contract negotiation and kickoff calls.
The smaller nature of our sales team will provide the Account Executive with a uniquely broad lens and enable him/her a clear pathway to greater responsibility. Work with the CEO to refine our sales process as you execute, and then help hire the team who will bring your vision to life as we scale. Over time, your success will pave a clear pathway to VP of Sales / Chief Revenue Officer responsibilities.
