What You'll Bring:
- 15+ years of experience working within the media and entertainment space
- Experience in sales, sales leadership and/or partner management roles with revenue goals.
- Proven track record of working cross functionally to solve problems and identify opportunities for growth.
- Strong knowledge of advanced TV, audio, ad tech, social, retail media network and Martech industries including data usage trends, ad buying behavior and key players in the ecosystem.
- Proven success negotiating complex partnership across platforms and data providers in the ecosystem directly and thru team.
- Proven success leading people in the media ecosystem.
- Have worked in audiences and identity business across Media ecosystem
Impact You'll Make:
This role, Sales Vice President of Audiences for DIME sales, is a critical role that is responsible for driving sales activation for an over $60M dollar audience business. Responsible for leading the overall sales strategy, execution, and performance for the Audience business within the Media & Entertainment vertical. Role is responsible for working across many agencies and platforms to drive activation of audiences. Direct team includes 2 direct reports of which is one manager of a team of 5. Role is also key in identifying new revenue opportunities to drive growth in our audience business in the future.
Key Responsibilities:
Audience Sales & Activation
Drive adoption and activation of audience segments across agencies and platforms, with a focus on increasing hands-on-keyboard usage.
Partner with activation teams to ensure audiences are deployed effectively and deliver measurable impact.
Cultivate relationships with internal brand and vertical teams to expand audience usage across client portfolios and campaigns.
Sales Strategy & Process Discipline
Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Lead weekly sales calls, activity reviews, and pipeline management to ensure consistent execution and accountability.
Coach teams on Sales KPEs and support opportunity advancement through strategic guidance and executive engagement.
Revenue Management & Target Achievement
Own responsibility for achieving revenue targets across the Audience business.
Drive quota setting, distribution, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Review and approve account plans, provide input on forecasting, and proactively manage risk to revenue delivery.
Collaborate with finance and sales leadership to refine revenue models and ensure accurate reporting.
Client & Partner Engagement
Serve as a senior point of contact for strategic clients and partners, providing executive relationship support.
Troubleshoot client issues and act as an escalation point to ensure timely resolution and client satisfaction.
Basic Accountability Statement
Will own revenue targets for Data Marketplace and Ad Advisor solutions focused on driving usage of those solutions.
Responsible for vetting pricing and strategies with solutions and vertical teams.
Work with team to understand both client opportunities and issues related to audience usage, rev share impacts to business across Data provider and Platforms that participate in Data Marketplace as well as leveraging Ad Advisor audiences.
Work with sales teams to leverage audience reporting to identity opportunities to grow brand specific audience sales.
Will drive forecasting of audience usage based on teams insights from client engagement, reports and understanding of business trends in partnership with Finance.

Pay Scale Information :The U.S. base salary range for this position is $113,000.00 - $178,000.00 annually. This position is eligible for both base pay and commission earnings. TransUnion commission targets are generally 20% – 50% of base salary and may vary based on position. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
