About the role


As a Sales Team Representative at WarriorBabe, you are the first touchpoint for thousands of women who are ready to transform their bodies, confidence, and lives.

This role begins as an Appointment Setter, you’re the gatekeeper, qualifier, energy driver, and frontline sales force responsible for fueling one of the fastest-growing and most influential women’s fitness brands in the remote coaching space.
From there, high performers earn the opportunity to evolve into a High Ticket Closer (Enrollment Advisor) — leading full sales conversations and dramatically increasing their earning potential.

This is a competitive, sales-heavy, high-performance role where you will be on back-to-back Zoom calls all day, connecting with potential clients and setting appointments that directly grow the company.

What You’ll Do
  • Engage potential clients on Zoom and phone to qualify their goals, readiness, mindset, and alignment with our program.
  • Run high-volume conversations with confidence, clarity, and urgency.
  • Set high-quality appointments and ensure a flawless handoff to our Enrollment Advisors.
  • Reduce no-shows through intentional follow-up and communication.
  • Maintain meticulous CRM notes and stay plugged into the sales team through Slack, huddles, and real-time updates.
  • Hit — and exceed — daily and weekly performance metrics in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
  • Represent WarriorBabe’s empowering brand while driving the growth of a top-tier women’s fitness company
Career Path

Phase 1: Appointment Setter (Foundation & Volume Mastery)

  • Master high-volume qualification conversations
  • Set high-quality appointments
  • Learn sales psychology and objection handling
  • Hit and exceed performance metrics

Phase 2: High Ticket Closer (Enrollment Advisor)

  • Run full sales presentations
  • Close high-ticket fitness coaching programs
  • Increase earning potential significantly
  • Take ownership of revenue targets

Promotion is performance-based. If you produce, you move up.

Schedule & Availability

This role requires availability 5 days per week on a 4-week rotating schedule. Days worked will rotate in advance and may include weekends. Consistent availability and flexibility to work rotating days are required.

To succeed here, you must:

  • Thrive working 50+ hours per week
  • Be fully available on weekends
  • Love spending most of your day on continuous Zoom calls
  • Operate well under structure, coaching, and accountability

This is not for someone who wants “work-life balance.”

Compensation & Benefits

💰 Base Salary: $43,200/year (W-2)
📈 Massive Earning Potential: Commission (1.5%–4.5%) + performance bonuses
