We are seeking a highly organized Sales Support Specialist to help ensure smooth daily operations of our Connect team. This role is responsible for maintaining shift coverage, supporting sales systems, streamlining workflows, managing vendor communications, and reporting on performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about improving internal processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Shift & Schedule Management

  • Monitor daily shift coverage and agent availability to ensure full business-hour support.
  • Confirm agents are properly logged into systems (e.g., phones, platforms) at the start of each shift.
  • Manage phone system forwarding and reporting based on shift schedules.
  • Maintain the Connect team calendar, including time-off tracking and out-of-office coverage.

Sales Operations & CRM Support

  • Pull and distribute daily sales performance and pipeline reports.
  • Track lead assignments and ensure timely follow-up by sales reps.
  • Create and manage standardized templates (proposals, follow-ups, etc.).
  • Maintain accurate CRM data and assist with related system processes.
  • Assist in maintaining the product library and keeping it up to date.

Process & Performance Management

  • Assist in managing the Working Service Conflict process for various service providers.
  • Track SLA compliance and daily service performance; provide reporting to leadership.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and suggest improvements to increase efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain internal SOPs for Connect team workflows and procedures.

Vendor Management

  • Assist in maintaining the Product Library with up to date product descriptions, pricing, etc.
  • Assist with weekly and monthly reconciliation of vendor payments.
  • Communicate with vendor contacts and file disputes when payment discrepancies arise.
  • Maintain accurate SOPs and documentation related to vendor payments and reconciliation processes.

Additional Support

  • Assist with other initiatives and tasks as assigned by leadership to support Connect team and business goals.
 
Salary: $21/hour.
