Drive sales and customer relationships for a healthcare product line by generating leads, visiting customers, handling inquiries and after-sales support, collaborating on marketing/events, and conducting local market research to inform strategy.
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Specialist to drive commercial growth and manage customer relationships for our healthcare product line. In this role, you will be the face of our brand within your assigned territory, balancing independent lead generation with collaborative marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate blends excellent interpersonal skills with strong technical acumen to support customers throughout their entire buying journey—from initial inquiry to after-sales support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to work independently to achieve sales growth and reach sales targets for the healthcare product line in your sales area.
- Ability to interact well with customers and maintain good customer relationships, visit customers regularly, develop new customers, being professional and courteous.
- Ability to professionally receive customer calls, chats, and emails regarding orders and technical questions; build customer files; follow up on order processing and delivery; provide after-sales service.
- Ability to communicate accurate information regarding products, prices, product availability, and current promotions to customers.
- Ability to work as an effective team player to ensure the highest level of efficiency and success for the team.
- Cooperate with the BD manager and marketing manager to participate in product branding and marketing events and campaigns, including exhibitions, scientific conferences, and trade shows.
- Ability to collect local market and industry information, do market research, and share with the team to help with marketing strategies and plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above in life science, Bioscience, Biology, Pharmacy, chemistry, drug chemistry, biochemistry, and related disciplines.
- Familiarity with the biological, biomedical, biochemical, or pharmaceutical industry, with at least one year of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
- Willing to engage in sales work; can withstand certain work pressure.
- Friendly and talkative, open-minded, strong sense of responsibility.
- Good communication skills, ambition, stand strong customer service awareness.
- High level of self-motivation and perseverance.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Cantonese.

- Backup connection must be capable of supporting work during a power outage.

- A minimum of 8 GB RAM.
- Backup Device:
- Must meet or exceed the performance of an Intel Core i3 processor.
- Must be functional during power interruptions.

- A functioning webcam.
