Utilizing advanced technology, we offer comprehensive benefits administration support, allowing clients to seamlessly customize and manage their employee benefits programs, including health, welfare, and defined benefits pension plans.
As a Solutions Architect at TELUS Health, you'll be a dynamic technical leader who bridges client needs with innovative healthcare solutions. Working closely with sales teams, you'll design integrated solutions, lead technical discussions and workshops, and shape product strategy through market insights and client feedback.
This strategic role combines your technical expertise with relationship-building skills as you create compelling narratives that showcase our solutions' value while maintaining deep knowledge of healthcare technology trends. Your ability to build trust with stakeholders and translate complex technical concepts into business value will be key to driving successful outcomes for our clients.

What you’ll do:

A Sales Solution Architect at TELUS Health is a dynamic technical leader who:

  • Build trusted relationships with key clients and collaborate with TELUS Health sales teams
  • Design and recommend integrated healthcare solutions that fit clients' existing ecosystems
  • Lead technical consultations and drive solution architecture decisions with stakeholders
  • Perform business process design and make recommendations on systems integration
  • Identify product enhancement opportunities and work with product teams on improvements
  • Conduct gap analysis and provide strategic input during system design phases
  • Develop comprehensive solution architecture documentation for clients and internal teams
  • Balance innovative solutions with TELUS Health's delivery capabilities and business goals

What you’ll bring:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 8+ years of experience in System Implementation, Software Business Analysis, Product Development, Business Process Definition within the HR Outsourcing industry
  • 5+ years working in an HR service delivery environment
  • Solution subject matter expertise in the space of Health Benefits administration delivery; through understanding and knowledge of available products and services
  • Strong problem-solving skills, abstract thinking, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent engagements
  • Abstract thinking and ability to assimilate and use new knowledge quickly and work with a high tolerance for ambiguity
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, as well as people leadership and relationship-building abilities
