Location: Remote-based in East Coast US | Reports to: Vice President of Sales

Curiox Biosystems is a pioneering life science technology company transforming sample preparation for cell analysis. Our breakthrough C-FREE™ Pluto automation platforms eliminate manual centrifugation, streamlining flow cytometry workflows with speed, reproducibility, and reliability. With customers across immunology, cell therapy, and drug discovery, we are scaling globally—and we're looking for a high-impact Sales Representative to grow our footprint and rapidly expand our sales.

Why This Role?

You'll be working directly under Curiox’s Vice President of Sales, who will serve to mentor both your pipeline and sales career. This is not a legacy role—it’s a high-autonomy, high-expectation opportunity inside a company reinventing both biotech hardware and how modern sales teams execute.

The role is intended for a remote position based in US East Coast. Applicants based near other major biotech hubs will be considered based on talent.

What You’ll Do

Customer Growth & Technical Sales

  • Promote Curiox platforms (Pluto C-FREE™, Laminar Wash, DropArray™) to flow cytometry and single-cell labs in biotech, pharma, and academia.
  • Own a full-cycle sales process: prospect, qualify, demo, close, and support post-sale adoption.
  • Lead technical presentations and support virtual/on-site demos in coordination with Field Application Scientists.
  • Represent Curiox at trade shows, roadshows, and targeted field events across major biotech hubs across the US East and Mid-Atlantic regions.

Sales Execution Discipline

  • Follow a thorough and structured qualification workflow (early discovery, pre-demo prep, building activity plan and success criteria, post-demo follow-up).
  • Maintain timely and accurate CRM updates, including HubSpot opportunity tracking and weekly reflections.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with CX, marketing, R&D, and senior leadership to improve messaging and customer experience.
  • Embrace a learning-driven culture: Use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to accelerate learning, prep sales outreach, and troubleshoot prospect objections.

Who You Are

Must-Haves

  • Early-career life science sales professional with a track record demonstrating self-drive and growth in the fields of immunology, cell therapy, or genomics.
  • An undergraduate degree in cell biology, immunology, or a related field—Master’s or PhD preferred.
  • Strong technical understanding of flow cytometry (especially manual sample prep workflows), single-cell genomics, or related cell analysis applications.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills—you adapt style to audience and influence without overselling.
  • Travel up to 30% expected across regions including but not limited to the following states: Illinois, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania, DC, Maryland, North Carolina, and other states across the US East and Southeast regions.

Success Profile

  • Hunter mentality: You actively prospect, open doors, and follow through with discipline.
  • Time-disciplined: You are reliable with timelines, updates, and execution deliverables.
  • Learner-first mindset: You absorb new protocols, tools, and workflows quickly—and clearly define the criteria for success.
  • Startup scrappiness: You build your own momentum and execute without waiting for perfect enablement.
  • OKR alignment: You align your weekly output to goals, reflect on what worked, and self-correct fast.

Why Join Curiox?

You’ll be at the frontline of reshaping how life science labs automate cell analysis. Join a team that challenges legacy thinking, leverages AI to scale smarter, and rewards learning agility over pedigree. This is The Curiox Way.
