Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative for Peptide ADCs, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our innovative ADC products in the U.S. market, with a focus on oncology applications. You will work closely with key stakeholders, including oncologists, hospitals, research institutions, and pharmaceutical companies, to build and maintain long-term business relationships, drive sales performance, and increase market share.
Responsibilities
- Identify and target new opportunities in the U.S. market by building and nurturing relationships with hospitals, clinical research institutions, and pharmaceutical companies.
- Lead the sales process for Peptide ADC products, including product presentations, contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and closing deals. Consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
- Provide expert technical support to clients, address product inquiries, and organize training sessions, seminars, and product demonstrations. Assist with clinical trials when required.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Share insights with internal teams to refine sales strategies and enhance marketing approaches.
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, academic seminars, and other professional events to strengthen brand visibility and expand industry networks.
- Work closely with R&D, Marketing, and Medical Science Liaison (MSL) teams to ensure alignment with company objectives and drive the successful commercialization of products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a life science field (Biology, Chemistry, Pharmacology, Medicine, etc.). Advanced degrees (Master’s, Ph.D.) are a plus.
- Minimum of 3-5 years in biopharmaceutical sales, ideally with experience in oncology drugs, ADCs, or related therapeutic areas. Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
- Strong understanding of biopharmaceuticals, ADCs, peptide drugs, and oncology therapeutics. Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience managing and growing relationships with hospitals, research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and key decision-makers.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product benefits and technical details.
- Deep knowledge of the U.S. biopharmaceutical market, particularly in oncology, with the ability to identify opportunities and respond to customer needs.
- Highly driven with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in competitive environments.
- Collaborative and team-oriented with the ability to work effectively across departments to achieve company goals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in oncology drug sales or clinical trials is highly desirable.
- Established relationships within the ADC sectors.
- Fluency in English is required
