Position Highlights:
Beechwood and Terrace at Eddy Memorial are beautiful senior living communities located in Troy. The Eddy Memorial Campus offers a continuum of care that includes independent living apartments, enhanced assisted living, and long term care.
What you will do:
The primary responsibility of the Senior Living Specialist is to promote and sell Eddy Senior living apartments to prospective residents using a professional, consultative sales approach. On a day-to-day basis the position will:
- · Create a positive and professional image of the community.
- · Understand and be able to present the features and benefits of the community, along with information about Eddy Senior Living
- · Skillfully interview prospects and family representatives, to determine needs and qualification criteria.
- · Use active listening to understand prospects’ needs, objections, and obstacles.
- · Schedule tours and meetings, at the convenience of the prospects.
- · Collaborate with peers to create marketing materials and events.
- · Perform daily telemarketing activities to reach sales goals.
- · Input data into sales database (CRM), to document and track all activities.
- · Network with community, civic, and healthcare organizations to promote Eddy Senior Living and work collaboratively others in the community.
- · Help organize and coordinate marketing events, including some evening and weekend events.
What you will need:
- Requires strong organizational skills, a professional presentation, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Minimum of two years’ experience in senior living, healthcare, hospitality, and/or sales and marketing required. Some experience working with seniors is required.
- An undergraduate degree from four-year accredited college or university is preferred.
Pay Range - $28.11- $29.45 plus commissions
Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.”
