Sales Representative - Eastern Europe (Must be willing to work European hours)

Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in sales, preferably in the technology sector, with advanced English proficiency in both verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities:
• Extensive experience in prospecting and identifying key decision-makers in target companies.
• Proven ability to conduct cold outreach through emails, phone calls, and other communication tools.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings with potential clients to present our products and services.
• Provide effective follow-up after initial meetings, offering additional information and addressing inquiries.
• Negotiate and close sales contracts, ensuring revenue targets are met.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and regularly update the CRM.
• Utilize tools such as Rocket Reach, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn to enhance prospecting and contact identification.
Requirements
• At least two years of proven sales experience, preferably in the technology sector.
• Proficiency in using prospecting tools such as rocket Reach, Apollo, Sales Navigator, and LinkedIn.
• Strong understanding of the full sales process and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
• Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
