  • Company is seeking a Sales Recruiter to provide support to our North American Sales Organization. The chosen candidate will be responsible for sourcing of various sales roles, including SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Managers, Sales Engineers, and Channel positions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong foundation in sales recruiting, aiming to take their skills to the next level.
  • We are looking for a highly motivated individual who can handle the challenges of building a top-tier sales organization. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter, eager to learn quickly, and passionate about scaling an organization. Daily dedication and a commitment to driving results are crucial in this role.
  • Your role will primarily focus on sourcing for sales roles, with an emphasis on sourcing and screening top passive talent for our North American sales team. Collaboration with hiring managers and cross-functional team members (HR, Finance, Sales Ops) will be vital to develop, identify, and execute hiring plans. The candidate and hiring manager experience will be a top priority, ensuring a high-touch experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Furthermore, promoting diversity in the hiring process and ensuring inclusivity and welcoming environments are integral to this role. You will be responsible for updating Greenhouse (ATS) and pipeline reports daily, providing accurate forecast close dates and maintaining candidate pipelines. Utilizing various sourcing tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, TopFunnel, and ContactOut, will be essential in finding top talent.

  • In this position, agency recruiting experience is considered advantageous but not a strict requirement. We are seeking a fearless individual with strong professional outreach and follow-up prospecting skills. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making cold calls to engage passive top talent and persuading them to explore opportunities at company.
  • Moreover, we need someone who is highly driven and energetic, approaching their work with a hands-on, "can do" attitude. An entrepreneurial mindset is valued, and we expect the individual to be willing to go the extra mile, demonstrating a strong work ethic, resourcefulness, and a "get it done" attitude.
