Who We're Looking For: Sales Recruiter:  Wakefield, MA

The Sales Recruiter will be responsible for full lifecycle recruiting of sales professionals across various levels, from entry-level to senior leadership. This individual will partner closely with sales hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and attract top-tier sales talent. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales landscape, a proven track record of successful sales placements, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A day in the life of a Sales Recruiter:  Wakefield, MA

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for sales positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding support.
  • Partner with sales leadership and hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop job descriptions, and create effective recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, networking events, referrals, and direct outreach, to identify qualified candidates.
  • Conduct thorough initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and motivation.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers and facilitate the interview process.
  • Negotiate offers and close candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Proactively build and maintain a pipeline of sales talent for future openings.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in sales recruitment.
  • Participate in recruitment-related projects and initiatives as needed.

What you’ll need to succeed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting  (agency recruiting experience preferred) 
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and placing sales professionals at various levels.
  • Strong understanding of sales roles, compensation structures, and sales methodologies.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and various sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in digital marketing and / or automotive industries is a plus.
