Thriveworks is currently seeking a strong Sales Recruiter to join our team. This position has been created to work with the Care Partnerships growth team to expand access to behavioral healthcare by building relationships with healthcare organizations and referral partners.  This Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and closing offers with the experienced Care Partnerships team to staff and help grow our thriving business. 


Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing through offer acceptance.
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to identify experienced B2B business development and healthcare partnership professionals.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, networking, talent databases, and other recruiting channels.
  • Conduct recruiter screens to assess candidates' experience, communication skills, career goals, and alignment with the role.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, candidate profiles, territories, and hiring priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs.
  • Clearly communicate the company's mission, culture, role expectations, and career opportunities to prospective candidates.
  • Provide hiring managers with regular updates on pipeline activity, candidate quality, and recruiting challenges.
  • Track recruiting activity, funnel metrics, interview outcomes, offers, and hires.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of recruiting experience in sales, healthcare business development, or other B2B recruiting roles.
  • Experience sourcing and recruiting passive candidates.
  • Strong understanding of business development and sales profiles.
  • Experience recruiting candidates who manage external relationships, accounts, partnerships, or territories.
  • Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to effectively assess candidates beyond resume qualifications and understand their motivations and career goals.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable working with recruiting metrics and using data to evaluate pipeline performance.
  • Experience with an ATS and sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Experience
  • Experience recruiting within healthcare business development, behavioral health, or similar B2B roles. 
  • Understanding of healthcare referral networks and provider relationships.
  • Experience supporting growth-stage organizations or rapidly expanding teams.
