603 Manufacturing is a growing leader in high-performance cable assemblies and electronic manufacturing solutions for demanding industries including aerospace, defense, medical, and industrial markets. With a strong reputation for precision, innovation, and reliability, we're expanding our team and looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sales Quotation Administrator to join our Redmond, WA location.

The Sales Quotation Administrator will be responsible for managing the sales quotation process, ensuring accuracy in pricing, product configurations, and customer requirements. This role involves working closely with the sales, engineering, and production teams to generate competitive and precise quotes that align with company objectives and customer needs.

Minimum Qualifications 

Education:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Experience:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, quoting, or administrative roles within a manufacturing environment preferred.

Knowledge:

  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards, particularly in cable assemblies and electro-mechanical assemblies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with ERP or CRM systems is preferred.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Prepare, process, and manage customer quotations in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to understand product specifications and pricing structures.
  • Review and analyze customer requests for quotes (RFQs) to ensure all required information is gathered.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to obtain cost estimates and lead times.
  • Maintain and update pricing databases, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Track and follow up on submitted quotations, providing necessary revisions or clarifications.
  • Support sales representatives with documentation and data entry related to quotes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in the quotation process.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance efficiency in sales support operations.

Internal and External Relationships

This position interacts with production, quality, purchasing and engineering departments on a regular basis. This position also interacts with outside vendors, contractors and suppliers.
