The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic and collaborative Sales Program Manager to join our Sales Center of Excellence. In this role, you’ll design, execute, and continuously improve high-impact sales programs that drive effectiveness and pipeline growth. As a key connector between Sales, Marketing, and Business Development (BDR) teams, you’ll ensure strong cross-functional alignment and measurable outcomes. This is a high-visibility role ideal for someone who is process-oriented, data-driven, and energized by enabling high-performing teams.

The Team
You’ll be part of the Sales Center of Excellence—a global team focused on driving scalable sales strategies, performance, and operations. We work closely with GTM leaders, Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations to shape programs that empower our sellers and deliver results. We’re a collaborative, innovative group spread across multiple regions, unified by our focus on driving customer and business success.

What We’re Looking For

  • Extensive experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement

  • Proven success in designing and executing sales plays, programs, and playbooks

  • Strong knowledge of sales methodologies and frameworks for optimizing performance

  • Hands-on experience with tools like Salesforce, 6Sense, Tableau, Highspot, Clari, and Outreach

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights

  • Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and leading through influence

  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed, and global environments

  • A background in SaaS or software is preferred; familiarity with CX solutions is a plus
