This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates in Business, Finance, Analytics, Mathematics, or related fields who are eager to gain hands-on experience in sales operations, forecasting, performance reporting, and GTM process optimization.
As a Sales Operations Intern, you will help build and manage reporting cadences, support forecasting efforts, drive operational efficiency and contribute to high-impact projects that improve sales productivity and decision-making. This role offers broad exposure to how a fast-paced revenue organization operates and an opportunity to learn from experienced professionals.

Key Requirements

  • Help maintain data integrity within Salesforce and other GTM tools

  • Forecasting & Business Reviews

  • Support weekly and monthly forecasting processes, including updates to master forecast files and leadership reporting
  • Assist in preparing materials for monthly and quarterly sales reviews (e.g., actuals, attainment, pipeline coverage)
  • Track and summarize key metrics such as revenue, bookings, utilization, and sales activity

  • Operational Process Support

  • Document and optimize key sales processes (e.g., territory planning, account assignment, pipeline hygiene)
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, GTM) to gather requirements and support RevOps initiatives
  • Help streamline reporting workflows and establish consistent publication cadences (weekly, biweekly, monthly)

  • Communication & Documentation

  • Draft internal updates and summaries for leadership calls and sales newsletters
  • Help maintain content and documentation related to RevOps processes and policies
  • Partner with the Sales team to support enablement efforts through data, reporting, and process improvements that drive productivity and readiness

  • What You Bring

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, or a related field
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills; familiarity with Salesforce is a plus
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to synthesize data and draw insights
  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Clear communicator — both written and verbal — who’s comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Curious, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
