What You'll Do
- Ensure the approval routing for commercial and consumer lead assignments is executed with minimum errors
- Ensure that cold lead assignment count is following the strategy presented by the Sales Ops and Enablement manager
- Collaborate with members inside the group on additional approval routing as needed. Ex: Monthly distro reset, kickbacks, email assignments and reassignments.
- Assist as necessary on distribution updates based on capacity and closing PTO.
- Navigate Salesforce CRM for routing, data integrity and reporting
What You'll Need

- Foster Collaboration Between Sales and Sales Ops: open communication and data sharing
- Associate degree/ Bachelor Degree preferred or related work experience
- 2+ years of experience in a deadline driven role
- Critical thinking and exceptional communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to navigate through various software systems
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office tools like Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Intermediate knowledge in Excel; V-lookups, Pivots Tables
