The Sales Operations Senior Analyst will support Drata’s world class Sales team as an integral member of our growing Revenue Operations team. You’ll lead with data, ensuring we are always identifying new ways to increase efficiency and maximize productivity. You’re obsessed with your internal customers, and constantly finding new ways to better support them and delight Drata’s growing customer base. You’re a Driver, you don’t just wait for projects and problems to come to you, but you identify them and executive without hesitation.
This role will report to the Senior Director of Revenue Operations and will be a key member of our Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations team, bringing a track record of proven success - preferably in a high-growth, fast-paced startup environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with GTM and Operations leadership to understand workflow needs and proactively identify areas of improvement. Primary GTM stakeholders include Sales, Sales Development, Business Development, Customer Success, and Solutions Engineering
- Own reporting and analytics that support the Sales team - don’t just supply the data - provide insights and see them through to action
- Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Customer Success Operations to create seamless end-to-end processes that allow Drata to scale to the next level
- Develop, maintain and optimize sales operations processes, such as CPQ order management, customer segmentation, pricing, quoting, customer lifecycle management, etc.
- With our system admin team, own hygiene, data structure, and data integrity within SFDC
- Help create and maintain documentation for ROEs and SOPs; you understand that our only path to scalability is ensuring we have repeatable and standardized processes
- Lead with automation, but understand the difference between a need to automate and a need to improve and scale process
- Build and optimize our forecasting process - help us see around the corner and work with sales leadership to create a culture of forecasting excellence
- Assist with day to day admin tasks, knowing how to manage an intake portal and set clear expectations through open communication with stakeholders
What You’ll Bring:
- 4+ years of experience in Sales Operations
- Advanced skills with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, Zoominfo, and other key items in the Sales tech stack. Advanced Excel and/or Google Suite skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to concisely deliver key insights and drive change
- A learn-it-all mentality, consistently looking to expand your knowledge and provide value cross-functionally
- Strong understanding of Sales KPIs and other key SaaS performance metrics
- SFDC CPQ experience a large plus
- An unmatched attention to detail, taking pride in everything you do and understanding that the little things matter

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change.
Tier 1: $110,500 - $136,500
Tier 2: $99,500 - $122,900
Tier 3: $88,400 - $109,200
