Overview: As a Sales Operations & Process Excellence Specialist at Litera, you will be part of a dynamic team that is passionate about driving innovation in the legal technology space. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge tools and collaborate with industry experts to deliver solutions that make a real difference in the legal profession.

The Sales Operations & Process Excellence Specialist plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency, technology optimization, and process standardization across the revenue organization. This position ensures alignment between Pre-Sales, Sales, and Customer Success teams while executing against the RevOps Systems roadmap, and empowering scalable processes that support growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Operations & Systems Management

  • Develop and maintain the RevOps Systems Roadmap, ensuring alignment across Pre-Sales, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Manage and optimize sales technology stack, with tools such as Clari, Sonar (Arovy), Asana, and Confluence.
  • Stay current on industry best practices and emerging trends in revenue operations and sales technology.

Sales Process & Forecasting

  • Drive sales forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and reporting accuracy in Clari and Salesforce.
  • Operationalize and automate sales processes; collaborate on sales process strategy and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensure all activity tracking is surfaced and integrated with key technologies leveraged by revenue teams.
  • Conduct audits for process compliance and data integrity.

Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Orchestrate automated handoff processes between revenue teams to ensure seamless client transitions.
  • Document and maintain Rules of Engagement across revenue teams.
  • Collaborate with Enablement for training, change management, and onboarding of new sales and pre-sales staff.
  • Coordinate with data governance teams to improve data quality, normalization, and governance best practices.

Project & Change Management

  • Create and manage project plans, trackers, and status updates as well as recommend best paths forward.
  • Operate with an agile mindset to Plan, Design, Develop, Test, and Deploy solutions.
  • Perform UAT/QA for new system updates and enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Process Excellence roles, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment.
  • Experience working with international teams or partner ecosystems is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and sales tech tools (Salesforce, Clari, Asana, Confluence, Gong, SalesLoft, etc.).
  • Experience in process automation, data governance, and project management.
  • Familiarity with data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, PowerBI).
  • Comfortable working with dashboards and performance metrics.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with contract negotiation and vendor management.
  • Experience with change management and enablement programs.
