Overview:
What you will do:
Leadership & Oversight
- Assign and prioritize daily work for the Sales Operations team.
- Monitor workload distribution across regions; ensure all SLAs for internal requests are met.
- Provide coaching and training on CRM, CPQ, and deal desk processes.
Process & Compliance
- Enforce global deal policies and adherence to corporate standards.
- Partner with the Director, Deal Desk to review escalated deals, quotes, approvals, and exception requests.
Operational Excellence
- Identify and implement improvements to streamline end‑to‑end operational workflows.
- Maintain accurate reporting and dashboards on team performance and deal metrics.
Stakeholder Management
- Serve as primary point of escalation between Sales Operations and cross‑functional partners.
- Communicate policy updates, process changes, and operational enhancements to internal stakeholders.
What we are looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Deal Desk roles.
- Minimum of 1+ years of experience managing and developing teams within Sales Operations, Sales Support, or Deal Desk environments.
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), CPQ platforms (e.g., Salesforce CPQ), and contract lifecycle management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to navigate CRM and CPQ tools to locate data and initiate operational requests.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced and evolving environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
