  • Territory & Data Operations: Execute territory updates and own data maintenance across relevant systems (enrichment, deduplication, assignments) to keep account/lead hygiene accurate and auditable.

  • Process Excellence: Document policies, draft enablement resources, provide support in end-user training, and help drive adoption of new processes. Proactively flag risks/opportunities with clear recommendations and follow-through.

  • Analytics & Insights: Help drive end-user adoption of core reports and dashboards across relevant systems (Tableau, Mode, Salesforce). Support in delivering recurring/ad-hoc analyses on key business metrics, including pipeline, sales efficiency, revenue trends.

  • Lead to Account Routing: Provide support to Marketing Ops to ensure lead routing processes are working effectively. Monitor routing processes to identify and correct errors, and proactively recommend solutions/enhancements.

  • Cross-Functional Partnership: Provide operational support to cross-functional teams including Legal, IT/Security, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Strategy, Procurement on behalf of the whole Sales org.

What do you bring to the table?
  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations at a B2B SaaS environment, or technology company.
  • Critical thinker and problem solver; self-starter who takes initiative, communicates proactively and is able steward a project with clear goals, timelines, and success criteria.
  • Experience partnering with internal teams including, Sales, Marketing Ops, Finance, and Legal to drive operational efficiencies.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting varied timelines and deliverables.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud, with both end-user and administrative experience in Salesforce. Experience with Salesforce CPQ, or comparable quote-to-cash tool.
  • Strong proficiency with Gsheets/Excel.
  • Administrative experience with other tools in our tech stack is a plus: Outreach, Gong, People.ai, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clari.
  • Experience with BI and Data Analysis tools like Tableau or Mode in business user and analyst capacity, SQL fluency is a plus

Compensation Range:  $133,356 - $185,000

  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
