As a Sales Operations Manager at BRĒZ, you will report directly to the VP of Sales and will play a pivotal role in optimizing our wholesale and retail operations, driving cross-functional efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to our partners. This position blends sales enablement, customer service, and operational execution—ideal for someone highly organized, relationship-driven, and excited about scaling systems in a high-growth CPG company.

What you will do:

  • Manage and continuously improve sales operations for wholesale and retail channels, including systems, processes, and reporting.
  • Maintain CRM platforms and internal tools to support pipeline visibility, account tracking, and performance analytics.
  • Partner with logistics, finance, and production to ensure accurate order fulfillment, inventory allocation, and invoicing.
  • Act as the operational point of contact for wholesale partners—resolving issues, addressing delivery concerns, and ensuring timely communication.
  • Onboard and support new wholesale accounts, ensuring seamless integration and strong initial experiences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Trade Marketing, Finance, Customer Experience, and Ops teams to align on goals and processes.
  • Respond to escalated B2B customer service inquiries and ensure resolutions that align with brand standards.
  • Track and report on account health, service SLAs, and retention metrics, and recommend optimizations to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Help coordinate sales initiatives, promotions, and product launches across partner accounts.

What you will need:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.   • 4+ years of experience in sales operations, customer success, or account management, ideally in beverage, CPG, or cannabis.
  • Experience working with wholesale, distributor, or retail partners across B2B channels.
  • Proficiency in CRM, ERP, and order management systems (e.g., HubSpot, Shopify, Airtable, EDI).
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and a strong sense of brand consistency.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools, forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to tailor messaging to various audiences.
  • Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven leadership supporting remote and local teams.
  • Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.
  • Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
  • 10–20% travel required to events, warehouse visits, or retailer meetings.
