Armanino is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Operations Lead to join our Managed Services team. The Sales Operations Lead will play a crucial role in driving business growth by overseeing sales operations activities, optimizing processes, and ensuring seamless client experiences. This role involves collaborating with various departments, including marketing, IT, and customer service, to support the sales team and enhance operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities

  • Sales Operations Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day sales operations activities, including lead generation, pipeline management, and reporting

  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness

  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and strategies, ensuring a consistent message across all channels

  • Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects, tracking progress and ensuring timely follow-ups

  • Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales activities, conversion rates, and other key metrics to the sales and marketing teams

  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth

  • Sales Enablement: Support the sales team by providing tools, resources, and training to improve their performance

  • Data Analysis: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives

Requirements

  • Experience:  Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales operations or similar role, preferably within the managed services or technology sector.

  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Proficiency in CRM tools such as Microsoft CE (CRM), LinkedIn Navigator, and 6Sense.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, detail focused, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $70,000 -$90,000. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
