Internship Program 

At Five9 we are committed to providing an exceptional experience for our interns.  We tailor our program to provide participants with real, impactful work, contributing directly to the continued success of Five9.  Through our Speaker Series, Intern Buddies, Employee Resource Groups, and other events, you’ll have the opportunity to meet and learn from some of the best in the business. 

This is a full-time, paid internship based out of our headquarters in San Ramon, CA. This role is hybrid. 3 days a week (M, W, TH) in office is required. The program runs 11 weeks with the opportunity to start in early or mid-June.

About the Sales Ops Intern Role:

Are you a tech-savvy individual who is passionate about process improvement and eager to build a career at the intersection of business operations and technology? Our RevOps GTM (Go-To-Market) team is looking for a driven and quick-learning junior analyst to become a subject matter expert in our sales systems and processes.

This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team and play a critical role in shaping the efficiency and effectiveness of our sales organization. You will work directly with a manager focused on strategic initiatives, taking ownership of essential day-to-day tasks while growing into a key technical resource for the entire department. If you love to solve puzzles, re-imagine how things are done, and want to build expertise in Salesforce, related sales tools and DocuSign CLM, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and execute daily operational tasks, including updates to DocuSign CLM intake forms and agreement templates (e.g., Service Orders, Amendments, Master Agreement, etc.).
  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for process changes and enhancements in Salesforce (Accounts, Opportunities) and Salesforce CPQ (Products, Quoting).
  • Partner with the various GTM Ops Teams to identify, solution, and implement process improvements across our end-to-end sales lifecycle.
  • Act as a key liaison between the GTM Ops Teams and our technical IT partners, translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our sales processes and become the go-to technical subject matter expert (SME) for the business on tools like Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ, and DocuSign CLM.
  • Support strategic projects aimed at enhancing our sales technology stack and operational workflows.

Preferred Experience (A big plus, but not required):

  • Salesforce Admin and/or Developer experience

The hourly compensation for this role is:
$25$25 USD
