Jacobian is redefining diagnostic imaging. Formed by the merger of Smart Reporting - a pioneer in standardized, AI-driven clinical reporting - and Fluency for Imaging, the best-in-class radiology speech recognition platform, Jacobian delivers faster, more consistent reporting at scale in a single deeply integrated solution. We serve radiologists across the US, Canada, Europe, and Australia, processing more than 80 million exams per year and growing.

We are hiring a Sales Operations & Enablement Manager to be the connective tissue between our Sales, Marketing, and go-to-market teams. This is a hands-on execution role - you will own new seller onboarding, partner with Marketing to build tools and content reps actually use, and manage our end-to-end RFP process. You will work closely with Sales leadership, Product Marketing, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure our reps are equipped to sell effectively from day one.

What You’ll Do

Sales Onboarding & Training

  • Design, own, and continuously improve the new hire onboarding program for AEs, BDRs, and Sales Engineers - including structured tracks, milestones, assessments, and ramp benchmarks
  • Certify new reps on product knowledge, messaging, and sales methodology in partnership with Sales leadership
  • Coordinate with HR, Product, and Marketing to keep onboarding content current; track time-to-productivity and iterate based on results
  • Facilitate live training sessions, role-plays, and skills workshops for new hires and tenured reps

Marketing Liaison & Sales Content

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between Sales and Marketing - translating rep needs into content and tool requests
  • Partner with Product Marketing to develop and maintain playbooks, battlecards, one-pagers, objection-handling guides, and demo scripts
  • Ensure all sales content is organized, current, and accessible in the enablement platform (e.g., Highspot, Seismic, or similar)
  • Coordinate sales input on product launches, campaign alignment, and messaging updates; support rollout and adoption of new sales tools

RFP Management

  • Own the RFP content repository - keeping standard responses, company information, security questionnaires, and supporting materials up to date
  • Manage end-to-end RFP response: intake, triage, assignment, drafting, review, and submission
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Legal, Security, and Finance for accurate, timely responses; enforce quality standards and approval workflows
  • Track RFP win/loss data to improve future responses; evaluate and implement RFP automation tools (e.g., Responsive, RFPIO, Loopio)

RequirementsWhat You Bring

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, or a closely related B2B SaaS role
  • Demonstrated experience building or managing a sales onboarding or enablement program
  • Strong project management skills - able to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines
  • Excellent written communication skills; experience creating sales content, playbooks, or training materials
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal
  • Experience managing an RFP or compliance-driven documentation process
  • Based in the United States

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with a sales enablement platform (Highspot, Seismic, Guru, or similar)
  • Familiarity with RFP software (Responsive, RFPIO, Loopio, or similar)
  • CRM experience (HubSpot) for tracking rep data and onboarding progress
  • Background in instructional design, adult learning, or sales training
  • Prior experience in a quota-carrying sales role

Benefits
  • Join a fast-growing, mission-driven team shaping the future of AI in radiology - building products that improve workflows and patient outcomes worldwide
  • This role is open to fully remote candidates based anywhere in the US
  • Comprehensive health insurance available from day one
  • 401k contributions, employer match up to 5%
  • 20 days PTO + sick days

What you need to know about the Boston Tech Scene

Boston is a powerhouse for technology innovation thanks to world-class research universities like MIT and Harvard and a robust pipeline of venture capital investment. Host to the first telephone call and one of the first general-purpose computers ever put into use, Boston is now a hub for biotechnology, robotics and artificial intelligence — though it’s also home to several B2B software giants. So it’s no surprise that the city consistently ranks among the greatest startup ecosystems in the world.

Key Facts About Boston Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 269,000; 9.4% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Thermo Fisher Scientific, Toast, Klaviyo, HubSpot, DraftKings
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, biotechnology, robotics, software, aerospace
  • Funding Landscape: $15.7 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Summit Partners, Volition Capital, Bain Capital Ventures, MassVentures, Highland Capital Partners
  • Research Centers and Universities: MIT, Harvard University, Boston College, Tufts University, Boston University, Northeastern University, Smithsonian Astrophysical Observatory, National Bureau of Economic Research, Broad Institute, Lowell Center for Space Science & Technology, National Emerging Infectious Diseases Laboratories
