The Role
As a Sales Operations Associate, you are a key member of the front-line support for our world class Global Sales Team. You partner with IT, Sales, Marketing and other Operational groups to solve complex problems each day, ensuring our sales organization has what they need to be successful. You will build relationships within the Sales organization and deliver consistent support to the field while managing projects to enhance our process, systems, and data remain simple and effective.
What You'll Do
- Own the resolution of inbound requests from the Sales organization including CRM defects, reporting, data hygiene, and permission requests
- Assist with the operational onboarding process for new Sales hires
- Point of contact for acceptance testing for CRM improvements
- Assist in the planning and execution of process, systems, and data projects
- Support startup teams at Veeva for all systems, process, and data needs
Requirements
- 1+ years total experience, with at least 1+ year in an operational role
- Advanced CRM knowledge and experience
- A doer that gets excited about rolling up their sleeves and solving problems. If you don’t know the answer, you’ll dig until you find it
- University degree (BA, BS)
- SaaS Experience

Compensation
- Base pay: $75,000 - $110,000
- The salary range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential base salary range for this role. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation in addition to base salary, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
