We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to join our team in Bedford, MA office. In this newly created role, you will work closely with sales leadership to optimize our Salesforce (CRM) platform, build insightful reports and dashboards, and support day-to-day sales operations. We’re looking for someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and is passionate about driving process improvements that enable growth. Responsibilities

  • Work closely with sales leadership to optimize Salesforce, by expanding features and improving the team’s utilization to provide greater insights; act as a primary administrator and oversee the work of development partners
  • Utilize Salesforce to develop metrics, dashboards, and reports that accelerate strategies for revenue growth
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports that summarize sales performance for sales management and representatives
  • Prepare and communicate ad-hoc sales analytics reports
  • Develop best practices, tools, reporting, and standard operating procedures to drive efficiencies and identify areas for process improvement
  • Provide day-to-day support to sales team members with regards to utilization of Salesforce
  • Interface cross-functionally with finance and supply chain on reporting and order processing

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of hands-on experience in sales operations related roles
  • Proficiency in Excel and Salesforce is required
  • Ability to visualize data to tell a story that allows the end user to make informed decisions and take actions
  • Attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to partner with senior leadership
