- Partner with Finance, Data, and Product to ensure data hygiene and systems integrity across our marketing tech stack.
- Create and maintain SOPs, training resources, and knowledge bases (Confluence, Google Drive) for marketing operations and ensure institutional knowledge is preserved.
- Act as a strategic thought partner to marketing leadership on special projects and high-priority initiatives.
Why We're Excited About You
- You bring 4+ years of experience in sales and/or marketing operations, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- You’ve owned operations for CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot/Salesforce) managing $1M+ in monthly pipeline or deal flow.
- You’re fluent in tracking and reporting KPIs using Salesforce, Looker, or similar BI tools.
- You’re organized and comfortable with project management tools like Airtable, Asana, or Notion.
- You’re an Excel/Google Sheets pro and thrive when working with large data sets.
- You’re highly analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated by building efficient systems and scalable processes.
- You’re an excellent communicator and collaborative teammate who builds strong cross-functional relationships.
- You take pride in your work, own your outcomes, and find joy in helping others do their best work.
- You bring a positive attitude, low ego, and a deep sense of ownership to everything you do.
