Location: Remote (Travel Required – U.S. based Salesforce Events)

Reports To: Director of Sales

Role Summary

We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Sales & Marketing Events Representative to act as the face of Madison Avenue Consulting at Salesforce events nationwide. This individual will be responsible for promoting both our professional services and our Salesforce-native product, Pulse, by building strong relationships within Salesforce towers and driving new business opportunities through event strategy, attendance, and lead generation.

Between events, you’ll work closely with the sales team to support outreach efforts, help build campaigns, and identify new lead opportunities through research, prospecting, and follow-up communications.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience within the Salesforce ecosystem in sales, marketing, partnerships, or related roles.
  • Existing relationships with Salesforce AEs and RVPs highly preferred.
  • Exceptional presentation, communication, and demo delivery skills.
  • Proven experience planning or managing event logistics and sponsorships.
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and outreach strategies.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the U.S. (up to 50%).
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce culture, event structure, and partner engagement strategies.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across distributed teams.
  • Experience using Salesforce CRM for tracking interactions, reporting, and pipeline updates.
Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Madison Avenue Consulting at major Salesforce events and conferences across the U.S. (World Tours, Dreamforce, Basecamps, and more)
  • Serve as a brand ambassador for both our Professional Services and Pulse, our AppExchange-listed Salesforce product.
  • Build and maintain relationships with Salesforce Account Executives (AEs), Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), and ecosystem stakeholders.
  • Organize and deliver Lunch & Learns, Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), and impactful presentations showcasing our services and product solutions.
  • Confidently present and demo Pulse and related offerings to audiences of varying sizes and seniority levels.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal Sales and Delivery teams to convert event-based leads into sales opportunities.
  • Research and recommend targeted events and conferences that will maximize visibility and lead generation for our services.
  • Maintain an active presence in Salesforce towers through scheduled visits, strategic engagements, and informal networking.
  • Support sales initiatives between events, including building outreach lists, helping craft campaigns, and conducting follow-ups to generate and qualify new leads.
  • Track event performance, outreach efforts, and campaign results in Salesforce CRM.
Bonus Experience
  • Background in representing a Salesforce ISV or Consulting Partner.
  • Prior involvement in SaaS product marketing or sales enablement.
  • Experience working with or selling into the Health Care Providers industry.
