Position Summary:
The Sales & Marketing Coordinator manages all college marketing requests for our class jewelry business. This role supports both sales and creative teams by coordinating marketing initiatives, managing workflow and assets, and executing email and direct mail campaigns. The position serves as a key liaison between internal stakeholders, external partners, clients, and production teams to ensure on time, high quality delivery of all marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Project Management
Collect, prioritize, and manage marketing requests from the sales team.
Create clear creative briefs outlining goals, audiences, and deliverables.
Track timelines, deliverables, and cross functional coordination.
Workflow Coordination
Manage project intake, progress visibility, approvals, and deadlines.
Communicate updates, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain project momentum.
Use project management tools such as Basecamp or Trello.
Creative Asset Development
Generate assets using the automation platform.
Coordinate with creative teams on custom projects.
Ensure all assets meet brand standards.
Email & Direct Mail Campaign Execution
Gather, validate, and clean client and internal mailing lists.
Oversee production logistics and ensure timely, high quality delivery.
Maintain consistency with brand messaging across channels.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Build strong communication and alignment with sales reps, clients, creative teams, and production partners.
Apply industry best practices to optimize processes.
Requirements
Education/Experience:
A college degree of BS or BA or higher.
1+ years in marketing and project management, with strong skills in managing multiple projects and adhering to deadlines.
Experience and familiarity with Basecamp, Trello and/or other project management applications preferred.
Ability to translate positioning strategy into creative strategy and execution.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external clients.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
