JOB PURPOSE

As a Business Analyst within the UFS CX Regional Hub, you will play a key role in accelerating market solution adoption and enabling data‑driven decision making across the region through effective use of data and digital systems. Your core responsibility will be to translate business needs into clear, actionable insights while ensuring that global and regional digital solutions are successfully deployed, embedded, and optimally utilized by the markets.

You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to generate strategic market insights, uncover growth opportunities, and deliver recommendations that elevate the customer experience and enhance overall business performance.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive the deployment and adoption of global and regional digital (reporting) solutions across markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and maximizing user engagement.
  • Analise markets performance, customer behavior, and solution usage data to generate actionable insights that inform strategic decisions and accelerate growth.
  • Develop Regional and market level dashboards for Customer Experience (CX) reporting and manage built ecosystem.
  • Translate insights into clear, data-driven recommendations for market teams, influencing commercial strategies and customer experience initiatives.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CX teams to understand business needs, prioritize requirements, and ensure solutions deliver measurable value.
  • Track and report on key adoption and impact metrics, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify barriers to adoption and propose enhancements to tools, processes, and training to improve effectiveness and user experience.
  • Support markets with capability building, best practice sharing, and guidance on leveraging data and solutions for business impact.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, data-driven strategy, or digital solution deployment roles.
  • Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Power BI, including practical experience with DAX, Power Query and basic SQL skills.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration in a matrixed organization.
  • Polish and English language fluency.
  • Proven track record in generating actionable insights from complex datasets and influencing business decisions.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
