Job Description:
Old Republic Title is seeking a Sales Manager who is responsible for overseeing all sales executives within the Oklahoma City region, guiding their activities from lead generation through to deal closure. This role involves the development and implementation of tailored sales plans for each executive to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction. The Sales Manager plays a key leadership role within the sales organization and is instrumental in aligning team goals with the company’s vision, values, and compliance standards.
Essential Responsibilities:
Mentor and support sales executives in identifying, nurturing, and converting prospective clients.
Teach and promote a consultative sales approach focused on analyzing client needs and recommending suitable title products.
Develop annual and quarterly business plans for sales executives; provide regular performance and status reports.
Devise and implement innovative marketing strategies to expand client reach and brand visibility.
Equip sales executives to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations.
Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Lead monthly sales meetings and facilitate ongoing team communication.
Represent the company at industry functions, community events, and networking opportunities to maintain a strong market presence.
Ensure confidentiality and maintain the highest level of professionalism in all client interactions.
Encourage a collaborative team environment and model professional behavior.
Leadership and Administrative Responsibilities:
Onboard and train newly hired sales executives, including planning sessions, ride-alongs, and progress check-ins.
Maintain and monitor attendance records; approve time-off requests.
Conduct formal performance evaluations at least annually.
Review and approve expense reports submitted by the sales team.
Assign and delegate work as needed to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3–5 years of outside sales experience; prior leadership or management experience preferred.
Solid understanding of title insurance, real estate, or related fields.
Working knowledge of insurance and property regulations, especially those governed by the State Board of Insurance.
Familiarity with ethical business practices and strict adherence to company policies.
Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and planning abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to travel as needed within the assigned region.
