Pride Motor Group of Lynn is looking for an experienced Sales Manager with a proven track record of success. The right candidate will be driven and motivated to work toward sales goals and motivate and coach the sales team to reach it's full potential.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Hires, trains, motivates, counsels, coaches, and monitors the performance of all salespeople and sales staff.
  • Directs sales staffing and training in ways that will enhance the development and control of sales programs.
  • Establishes annual and monthly objectives for unit sales, gross profits, expenses, and operating profit.
  • Monitors salesperson productivity and performance.
  • Orders/acquires new- and used-vehicle inventory.
  • Administers and monitors factory-sponsored programs.
  • Displays, merchandises and promotes new- and used-vehicles.
  • Reviews market analyses and sales reports to determine customer needs, and volume potential, and develops sales campaigns to accommodate the goals of the dealership.
  • Serves as liaison between sales department and other departments.
  • Analyzes and controls expenditures to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Maintains a professional appearance.
  • Attends managers meetings as requested.
  • Maintain the highest CSI/customer satisfaction
  • Desk deals utilizing CRM
  • Maintain the highest level of moral, ethical, and legal integrity at all times

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • Must have 2-4 years of Automotive Sales Manager experience
  • Strong management background in a dealership setting is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have clean & valid Driver's License
